No. GoTeens accounts are held by parents, and only parents book rides. Your child doesn’t need an account, a phone, or the app — they just need their QR code, in whatever form suits them.

Download GoTeens on Google Play, open the app, and choose “I am a Parent”. Enter your email, create a password, and add your child’s profile. It takes a couple of minutes.

Not yet — GoTeens is on Android today, and iOS is coming very soon.

We’re launching in Limassol, Cyprus, and expanding across the island from there.

A ride costs a set amount per kilometre, based on the distance the driver covers from the first pickup until the end of the ride. On a group ride the price is the same — it is simply split between all the families.

You can book from 24 hours in advance and up to 3 months ahead.

Yes. Pick the days you need on the calendar and set the arrival and pickup times for each one — you can set up a whole week in a few minutes.

Yes. You can add all of your children to your account and book for each of them.

Group rides are bundled around the activity’s official start time so that every child arrives together. If the time doesn’t match the one the activity gave you, we can’t match your child with the others going to the same place, and the booking won’t go through.

The booking is cancelled automatically.

Not at the moment. Drivers choose the days they want to drive, and rides are matched from there.

You can cancel free of charge while your booking hasn’t been accepted yet. Once a driver has accepted it, you can still cancel for a small fee. If you cancel on the day of the ride itself, that fee isn’t refunded.

Once the ride starts, you can follow the driver on a live map in the app, with an estimated time to pickup and to drop-off. You’ll also get notifications at each step.

Your child’s QR code is scanned when they get into the vehicle and again when they’re dropped off. You’re notified instantly both times.

Yes. There’s a WhatsApp button so you can message the driver directly. Please remember they may be driving, so they might not reply straight away. There’s also a phone button in the live-tracking screen to call our support team.

The driver waits and lets us know. If your child doesn’t appear, the ride is marked accordingly and you’re notified, so you always know what happened.

You’ll see their real position and updated arrival time on the live map the whole time, so you’re never left guessing.

Every applicant goes through the same checks before their first ride, and approved drivers are re-checked regularly. You can see the full list of checks in the “Anyone can apply” section above.

Only the driver assigned to that specific ride, and only what they need to carry it out — your child’s name, the pickup and drop-off points, and any note you’ve added. Nothing is shared more widely, and we never sell personal data.

You can add a note when you set up your child’s profile so the driver is aware of anything important. GoTeens drivers are not medical professionals and don’t provide medical care, but they will be informed in advance of anything you tell us.

Many drivers can carry an approved child or booster seat — tell us what your child needs when you book so we can match you with a driver who can provide it.

Your card is charged automatically once a ride is confirmed. That’s what lets drivers accept immediately, which matters most for group rides where several families are being matched at once.

No. Payments are handled entirely by Stripe. GoTeens never sees or stores your card number.

No. Everything is paid in the app, so there’s no cash and nothing for your child to handle.

The fare is divided equally between the families in the ride.

Every payment is itemised in the app, so you can check any ride at any time. You’ll also find a link in Settings with all of your payments.

Anyone who passes our checks. A lot of our drivers are parents who were already driving to the same schools and activities — GoTeens turns a trip they’re already making into extra income.

Yes, as long as you meet the driver criteria.

Open the app, go to Settings, and tap Delete Account. This is permanent and can’t be undone. If you can’t access the app, email us from your registered address at goteensofficial@gmail.com.

We permanently delete your profile, your children’s information, your notification history, and your personal details from past rides. We keep anonymised ride records that can no longer be linked to you, and the financial records that tax and accounting law requires us to keep.

Deletion is temporarily blocked if you have a ride scheduled or in progress, an unpaid balance, or a pending payout. Once those are resolved, you can delete straight away.

Under GDPR you can access, correct, delete, restrict or object to the processing of your data, request a copy of it, and withdraw consent where processing is based on it. Email us to exercise any of these. You can also complain to the Office of the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection of Cyprus.
